Meet The Founder
Welcome to My Site
Hi, I’m Kelly, the creator behind Haven Tattoos & Curiosities.
I’m an aspiring tattoo artist, designer, creator, mom, and someone who has approximately 500 ideas happening at any given moment.
Haven really grew alongside my own creative journey.
I started learning tattooing because I wanted to try something new, challenge myself, and see what I could create. I picked up a machine, started practicing, made mistakes, learned from them, tried again—and somewhere along the way, I completely fell in love with the art of tattooing.
What started as simply learning a new skill quickly turned into designing artwork, documenting my progress, experimenting with different styles, and dreaming about what this could eventually become.
And, because apparently one creative hobby wasn't enough for me, the ideas just kept coming.
Mental health merchandise. Digital journals and workbooks. Tattoo-inspired designs. Crystals. Jewelry. Family-inspired pieces. Celestial finds. Curiosities. Alternative artwork. And all those random little things I come across and immediately think:
“Yep. That belongs in Haven.” 🖤
Eventually I realized I wasn't trying to create just a tattoo brand or just an online store.
I was creating a Haven for all of it.
Why Mental Health Matters At Haven
Mental health isn't just an aesthetic or a trending phrase behind this brand.
It's personal.
I lost my brother to suicide, and that loss is something that will always be part of my story.
It's one of the reasons messages like “Your Story Isn't Over,” “I'm Happy You're Still Here,” “Be Kind to Your Mind,” and “There Is Beauty in Survival” mean so much to me.
The Haven Mental Health Collection was created to make those messages visible.
Some of the designs are soft and hopeful. Others are dark, gothic, alternative, and a little edgy—because mental health doesn't look the same for everyone, and neither should mental-health awareness.
If one person sees a hoodie, sticker, piece of artwork, or message at exactly the moment they need it, then it has done something meaningful.
Your story matters. And I'm happy you're still here. 🖤
If you or someone you know is struggling in the U.S., call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Mental Health Resources
Haven can offer reminders, art, and encouragement—but merchandise is never a replacement for real mental-health support. If you're struggling, worried about someone you love, grieving a loss, or simply need somewhere to turn, these organizations offer trusted information and support:
